REMOVE ALL CANDLES AND WAX FIRST!

WARNING!
Any pumpkins left at The Square will be treated at litter and removed, either to be composted or disposed or (if decorated with inedible materials), disposal via VoG Council food waste.

October 23d - 29th is International Bat Week.
We will be conducting a Bat Watch Walk with an opportunity to both watch and listen to the bats, and find out more about one of the must unique mammal species on the planet.

Start Time 1750 (for 1800 sunset)
End Time ~1900
Gathering Point: In front of All Saint's Church

You are also able to visit Victoria Square any dry sunset between ~Mar/Apr & October to watch the bats. Bats should be out for about 40min - 1hr, depending on weather & season.
2024 we will look to run regular, guided Bat Watches with detectors and education.

DISPOSING OF YOUR PUMPKIN

If uncarved and undecorated - why not eat (food grade only), or find a local farm or animal sanctuary that may take them for feed.

If carved but undecorated, or decorated with natural, non-toxic materials - Put into your own compost.

If decorated with non-edible materials (e.g. glitter, marker pen etc.) place in your VoG Council food waste bin.
